What is open

The register of processing, data-subject requests, the evidence log, processors, consent and export all work. These functions organise the work; they assert nothing about national law, and so need no signature.

No amount, no deadline, no due date is shown: nobody has signed them. The country is usable; it is not quantified.

The text of the law may be quoted, article by article, with a link to its official publication. A quotation can be checked; it commits nobody but the official journal.

Billing

Mobile money billing is not open yet. The buyer here pays by mobile money, not by card: offering card payment would be offering a payment they cannot make. The register and the evidence log work in the meantime.
